The Falklands Maritime Heritage Trust is pleased to confirm that the Endurance22 Expedition has located the wreck of Endurance, Sir Ernest Shackleton’s ship which has not been seen since it was crushed by the ice and sank in the Weddell Sea in 1915.

Two centers and a nonprofit that are part of the National Science Foundation’s Advanced Technological Education community have created a virtual-reality simulation of an underwater remotely operated vehicle that will make its debut this summer in a global competition.
The 2021 MATE ROV Oregon Regional Competition was held May 19-23 using a hybrid competition model. Engineering presentations and scoring of marketing materials took place beginning May 19, and the Mission attempts were conducted in-person at the pool in Lincoln City, Oregon. RESULTS:
