Dear MATE ROV Competition Community – students, mentors, parents, judges, and volunteers,
Dear MATE ROV Competition mentors, students, parents, judges, and volunteers,
We have been monitoring the situation with the coronavirus. We have been gathering information from the CDC, local, state, and federal governments, and our regional coordinators and venue hosts about their policies and guidelines regarding what the World Health Organization has recently labeled a pandemic. The MATE II Board of Directors will be meeting later this month to discuss the situation. We will communicate any outcomes from that discussion to the MATE community shortly after.
Hey Teams! We hope you are excited for the 2020 season!
Attached you will two documents that pertain to our regional. If you have questions about them please don't hesitate to reach out!
1. NGC 2020 Regional General Info - this contains information on how many teams you can register, which engineering and communication components we will be doing for each class, a list of our regional awards and the scoring breakdown.
2. Meals & Lodging - this contains information on how to reserve on-campus housing and how to purchase team meals

All three classes are open; Scout, Navigator and Ranger! If you think you might need the fluid power quiz, please see this link for information.
