The MATE ROV Competition Gray's Reef Southeast Regional is designated for SCOUT, NAVIGATOR, and RANGER class competition, hosted at the Chatham County Aquatic Center, Savannah, and serves as the regional hub for team development in Georgia and southeast U.S.

Jody Patterson is the MATE ROV Competition Network Development Director and Registrar, offering more than a decade of experience in ocean policy, conservation science, community outreach, and STEM education. Jody works to build partnerships, delivers professional development training, provides program management, and strengthens MATE ROV Competition hubs globally to elevate student engagement for workforce development and advancement in marine technologies.
