Tawni L. Gott is sole proprietor of Tawni Gott Bookkeeping and Operations for MATE Inspiration for Innovation. Tawni has been working as a dedicated bookkeeper for 12 years and has been successful in keeping accounting and reporting systems compliant with CA State and Federal Regulations for all her clients. Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel with expertise in payroll administration, account reconciliation and AP/AR.
 
Tawni has been an active fundraiser with 10 years’ experience in donor data management. Skilled with Exceed, Kindful, NEON and Greater Giving non-profit software. Strategic-thinker adept in managing volunteers to synchronize funding efforts. She has served as the Event Chair for the COGSPS for 3 years (past), served as Event Chair for the Washington Union Education Foundation for 5 years (past), and was Treasurer for Washington Union Educational Foundation for 2 years (past). Most recently, Tawni was the bookkeeper for a local non-profit in Salinas, CA that focused on serving the homeless population through feeding, clothing, teaching life skills, and finding permanent housing.
