Scott Fraser is the Regional Coordinator for the Southern California - Long Beach regional and is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at Long Beach City College. Being an extremely busy guy, we're not surprised that he didn't complete his bio on time. However, this means we get to make stuff up: Scott's deep interest in safety likely stems from his extensive investments in safety glasses manufacturers and a childhood obsession with strain-relief.
